Bippity Boppity Boo: Belle Halloween Costume

Here is a fun little mommy and me Halloween costume idea!
I made this dirndl a few years ago and I always knew it would make a perfect Belle dress.
I watched the making of and they talked about how Belle's dress was inspired by Maria from The Sound of Music. So naturally, my dirndl was the perfect fit, but any blue dress would do!
One of my favourite scenes from the movie is when Belle is walking through the village singing, and when she sings the part of prince charming to the sheep, and how she is basically reading about her own story but doesn't even notice it till the third scene. For the blouse I used one I already had in my closet, and a Belle costume wouldn't be a Belle costume with out a blue ribbon in your hair and of course a good book to read!

For Emilia's costume we reused her llama costume from last year. Even though she is a sheep, most people thought that's what she was anyway, so it couldn't have worked out more perfectly. I purchased this costume from Carters they always have the cutest little costumes for babies and toddlers. I recently picked up her boots from Winners, and how cute are they for little sheep, the little fur on the top is so perfect!
